     She is my sweet cat and I know I have many pictures of her but hey, they really are cute.

Today we are having " Italian Day".  Let me explain.  I have been making bread for some time now and I have to say it's true you do get better at it as you get to know the feel of the dough anyway even though it's French bread, I am still going to call it Italian Day.  Now I have been making my own pasta.  Yes, that is right.  I had bought this pasta machine with an attachments for angel hair pasta and ravioli.  The other day I made ravioli with cream cheese and chives in the center.  They were yummy !!!  Then yesterday I made one batch of angel hair pasta.  I  cooked olive oil, fresh garlic with cut up tomatoes and mixed that together.  Oh my Golly it was yummy.  So today I am making  homemade French bread (maybe we will call it French/Italian Day), homemade angel hair pasta, with alfredo sauce and cooked vegetables and strips of chicken.  Oh my Golly Gee !!!!  Are we eating good tonight.  I know, I know what you are thinking.  This is not good for you, well, this is true but we are not having this everyday and our portions will be average so we are good to go.  I will get some pictures of this for next time.  Happy EATing !!!
